Round Dip Coating PotsRound Dip Coating Pots
Cast aluminum round dip pots are thermostatically controlled and assure even heat distribution. They are available in various sizes with capacities from one pint to one hundred gallons. Replaceable heating elements are available. Different temperature ranges are also available.

Rectangular Sheet Metal TanksRectangular Sheet Metal Tanks
These units are available in any size. Large sized tanks are required to be built as a floor model. Replaceable cast aluminum block heating elements are used to provide the speed of direct heating without sacrificing gentleness of indirect heating. Hydraulic-type thermostat for fast and accurate temperature control is standard. Tanks are fully insulated. Aluminum heaters assure even heat distribution.

Production TanksProduction Tanks
These quality constructed tanks are designed for trouble-free service. They are equipped with cover, pilot light, and adjustable thermostat. Models are available in different voltages and require little space to operate. Peel Coat tanks are shipped complete and ready to operate.

Specialty PotsSpecialty Pots

There are a variety of sizes available that are ready to operate. Solder pots can melt solder, tin, lead-type metals, and babbitt. Temperatures range up to 1000 degrees F. Special candle wax melting and agitated heated dispensing tanks are also available.
Aluminum Rectangular TanksAluminum Rectangular Tanks
The shape of the object to be dipped determines whether a round or rectangular tank is best suited for the job. Heavy cast aluminum assures even heat distribution and eliminates localized hot spots.

No heat transfer oil is required. This eliminates objectionable hot oil odors and costly maintenance. Our cast aluminum block heating elements secured directly to the melting tanks assures even heat distribution and exceptionally long life. All controls are easily accessible with removable access panels. Comfortable working height of 36 inches as well as 3 inches of thick insulated wall construction are standard.

Included are safety features of a secondary over temperature thermostat and a 1 1/2" drain valve. Available as options are: electronic temperature readout controls, pre-melt section, and an energy saving high/low heat switch. On large floor model melting tanks, circulating units are recommended to transfer heat from the walls of the tank to the center. Circulating units prevent overheating, thick coatings, long meltdown time, and floating film.
